DEFY: Call Center Service Advisor

About the Position

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Liaise telephonically with customers
  • Solves Customer education calls by providing technical product knowledge
  • Receives feedback from Contractors/Technicians
  • Arranges spares for Contractors/Technicians as required
  • Allocates calls to agents as required and manages these calls
  • Monitor awaiting parts calls and informs customers accordingly
  • Monitors service call turnaround time
  • Debriefs Contractors/Technicians
  • Reports on outstanding calls
  • Manages appliance pick-ups with relevant manager
  • Maintains Job card filing
  • System maintenance

Requirements:

  • Matric (essential)
  • Minimum of 2 – 4 years’ experience in Service Advisory and Customer Service role
  • Experience in Inbound Call Centre experience would be advantageous
  • Excellent Customer Relations skills are a pre-requisite
  • Computer Literacy skills
